Joint Accountabilities
I will:
Provide strategic leadership and guidance each week
Deliver podcast assets within 10 business days of recording
Create campaign messaging and marketing assets with focus and efficiency
Be available via email, WhatsApp, or Slack for interim communication
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
You will:
Attend weekly sessions (or reschedule with reasonable notice)
Approve content drafts within 48 hours
Provide timely availability for recordings and feedback
Communicate priorities and changes promptly
Stay focused on the agreed target market and deliverables
Maintain podcast hosting if needed (£20 per month approx) to maintain full ownership/distribution of all content developed
