All fees are agreed in advance and payable as per invoice.
Payments for business consulting, podcasting, or book-related services are made to Listen Better Marketing Ltd.
Payments for music performance or tuition are made directly to Toby Goodman (sole trader).
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, videos, and downloadable materials, remains the property of Toby Goodman and/or Listen Better Marketing Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without prior written consent.
4. Liability
We provide services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Any cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Book sales and digital products are non-refundable unless faulty.
